Non-leakage gas flat gate valve is specially used for natural gas, liquid petroleum gas, oil products, etc. It completely solves the problem of loose closing and immobility caused by gas coking caused by the valve with unique design, novel structure and good sealing performance, effectively improves the sealing performance and service life, and truly reaches zero leakage. When the internal pressure of the valve is equal, the gate is closed. The PTFE seal ring on the surface of the seat forms the initial seal. The seat ring cleans both sides of the gate each time the valve is opened or closed.

When pressure is applied to the valve, the pressure acts on the gate, forcing it close to the PTFE ring on the outlet seat, compressing it until the gate stops on the steel seat. In this way, a double seal is formed, first a PTFE to metal seal, then a metal to metal seal, and the seat is also firmly picked up into the groove, at which point the O-ring prevents any rear medium flow. 

After the body pressure is relieved, the inlet seal is formed, and the pipe pressure acts on the inlet seat - moving it towards the gate, which forms a PTFE metal seal, while the O-ring forms a tight seal with the seat groove.

The valve automatically releases excess pressure. When the valve body pressure is greater than the pipe pressure, the inlet valve seat is pushed to the groove due to thermal expansion, and the excess pressure in the valve body is discharged into the pipe between the valve seat and the gate.

Technical features novel structure

The original middle flange setting is abandoned, and the fastener connected to the valve body and the valve cover is placed in the valve body, which is not in contact with the soil, to prevent gas leakage caused by the corrosion of the fastener, and effectively reduce the overall volume, reduce the weight of the valve, and reduce the leakage point.

Forced seal construction

The valve adopts multiple groups of butterfly springs set on the back of the two seats to provide the necessary sealing force of the valve, and does not rely on the thrust of the medium to achieve the sealing effect. Therefore, regardless of the medium pressure of the pipe network, the valve has sufficient and stable sealing force to achieve a good sealing effect.

Reliable seal

(1) 閥門全開或者全關時，密封副完全把管網通道與閥門腔隔離開來，閥座密封副完全被閘板覆蓋，阻止了管網中的雜質，粉塵，焦油，以及氣流對密封副的破壞和沖蝕，有效的保證了閥門的密封性能，延長了閥門的使用壽命。

(2) 密封面采用金屬或者軟型多層次密封圈結構，提高密封副抗介質中雜質破壞的能力，延長閥門的使用壽命。

Maintenance-free function

(1) The two seats adopt a long containment surface structure. (2) The valve stem seal adopts two four-ring corrosion resistance, anti-wear special structure O-ring seal, sealing box adopts the upper and lower two independent sealing seat form, sealing seat surface with strong corrosion resistance coating process, effectively improve the rust, corrosion resistance, prolong the service life of the seal ring, and the upper seal seat in the valve stem in case of leakage, Can be implemented in the pipeline without gas, no pressure reduction in the case of online replacement, is a true sense of maintenance-free product.

(3) The top of the valve is provided with a modular high corrosion resistance opening and closing indicator box, which can be arbitrarily disassembled and replaced without affecting the normal operation of the valve.

Low flow resistance design

Valve for the full diameter design, the valve plate is provided with a diversion hole, the valve is fully open, the diversion hole and the valve body at both ends of the channel to form a whole cylinder hole sealed with the valve chamber, the valve flow resistance coefficient and straight pipe the same, can meet the through pig, especially containing solid particles or dust impurities through the valve without retention phenomenon, will not fall into the valve chamber.

Double isolation is sparse

When the valve is fully open or fully closed, the loose safety plug can quickly determine the sealing condition of the valve after releasing the residual air in the valve chamber, and the sealing condition of the valve can be judged online.

Valve protection

The internal parts of the valve are made of materials with strong anti-corrosion ability, the spring and the gate are treated with chemical ENP, and the valve shell is treated with shot peening, and the anti-corrosion measures of polyurethane coating are adopted to ensure the corrosion resistance of the valve in the atmosphere and soil environment, or the spraying polyuurea coating can be used according to the requirements of the user, and the anti-corrosion ability is the same as the pipeline anti-corrosion.

Steel-plastic adapter (PE connection) :

The two sections of the valve body are converted by the patented serrated structure as a whole, and the overall pressure test is done with the valve in the factory.
